The Schertz Christian Academy (SCA) management team believes the academy’s excellence is measured by the quality of it’s staff and therefore are very selective when it comes to the faculty.

Every employee at SCA is held to the highest standard and must complete a rigorous pre-employment screening process. This includes an extensive background check and experience and education verification.

Additionally, all staff are required to attend continuing education training each year. The faculty also receive CPR training and are First Aid certified.

We believe the staff of SCA are highly qualified to serve as positive role models and learning facilitators. They provide the highest level of care for the children.
